When we cooked this at home we pan fried diced riverside chicken breasts in a pan (or Wok if you have one)

Use as a marinade for chicken (1 jar marinades 1.0kg of meat), put a couple of tablespoons into your stir fry, or turn into a lovely pourable sauce by adding natural yoghurt, creme fraiche or stock.

We Cooked 1kg of chicken fillets - added the jar. Would easily serve 4/6 adults 

Mild version with a little heat.
